How fit are you?

How important is health and exercise to you? With your physically demanding job, exercise is critical in staying fit for duty. What exercises are you doing to keep you and your fellow firefighters in shape? During last week’s Safety, Health and Survival Week, showed several easy core strength training and functional movement videos that can be performed with minimal equipment.
